Yes! I do ship any country. All my work is in private collections around the world 🙂
what is your shipping price ?
Shipping price is specified on the item description on Ebay or here in my shop. I often offer FREE shipping. It depends on the package weight & price.
How do you pack your work ?
I pack my sculptures very well, double or triple box so they arrive safe & sound to your hands.
What shipping service do you use?
I ship Registered Mail by normal postal service. This service provides a tracking number.
How much time does it take to receive my package?
I usually ship within 2 – 3 working days after receipt of payment. If you buy on Thursday or Friday, I will ship next Monday.
Once your package is in the mail, it may take around 2 – 4 weeks to be delivered, it depends on your country customs. My packages are sent from Mexico. If you need a faster service I can ship by EMS, just email me for details.
Your package is taking more time to be delivered?
In case of delay, you can email me, I am always happy to help to track your package. Sometimes packages may take a bit more than expected due Holidays or customs.
I am proud to say I have shipped more than +300 packages & all of them have been delivered safe & sound to all my worldwide customers.
taxes & import duties?
Import duties, taxes and charges are the buyers responsibility but I mark my packages as gift & low value to avoid this. None of my customers have payed import duties to receive their packages. 🙂
